Dark & Delicious ~ It’s Back, Friday, February 8, 2008 at the Palace of Fine Arts

In February 2007, PS I Love You held its first hugely successful Petite Sirah and food pairing consumer event.
The only feedback that attendees overwhelmingly asked for in retrospect was to give them more elbow room. (Some people did like the intimacy of Rosenblum Cellar, but others definitely wanted more access to the food and wine tables. In order to do that, we had to find a larger venue with as much ambiance.)

Wine and food companies that paired for D&D 2007 were perfectly content with the entire event. The 20 wineries at the ’07 event are all returning, and with fiftteen more new brands… 35 different Petite Sirahs to taste with delicious food items!
