Hi, Dale,

Thanks for the info. I'm very familiar with who you are, and am also very thankful that you added to this posting. Unbeknown to anyone, the next two days are going to continue along this theme (getting a lot deeper), because a major portion of my day is devoted to an entirely new way of doing business. I also know that everyone else's heads are spinning, but I'm finding myself coming out of the fog - a bit.

I'll definitely checkout your recommendation, and thank you, again, for your insight.

Love that Jonathon Alsop! Go Red Sox! (My great grandfather - six times removed - founded Boston. I'm from Maine and Stoneham, MA.)

Hi Jo,

I'm Dale Cruse and I'm a friend of Jonathon Alsop in Boston. I'm a full-time web developer and part-time wine blogger. If you're interested to read more about user behavior and specifically social media adoption, check out Josh Porter's book "Designing For The Social Web" at: http://bokardo.com/archives/designing-for-the-social-web-the-book/

Josh focuses not so much on graphic design as he does information design as it pertains to the web. And that's something I think if more PR people had a grasp of, it would allow them to have more valuable input into creating effective web presences for their clients.

I highly recommend it!
